In our class, we are learning about different countries around the world.
Some of our classmates have lived in Poland, Lithuania, Thailand, France and others have been on holidays in Spain, France, Italy and even as far as America!
We have read a story of Julio, a boy who lives in Brazil and we compared his country to ours. He speaks Portuguese and learns English in school. They have winter when we have our summer! We learned all about the Amazon and compared it to our biggest river, the Shannon!
We also, learned about the famous football player, Pelé. We hope someday that we will be as famous as he is.
